Migrating Public Folders from Win2k (Exchange 5.5) to Win2k3 (Exchange 6.0)

I'm trying to migrate public folders from Win2k (exchange 5.5) to Win2k3 (exchange 6.0) but it's coming up with this error (see screenshot).

I tried running it from another machine, but pfdavadmin crashes out.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Here's my error from pfdavadmin when running from the only workstation left on the old subdomain (of which the Win2k machine was the DC and Exch box).
