Exchange email user flow diagram

I have a customer with very complicated email flow structure. Multiple email groups are present, certain mailboxes are forwarded to others and etc. The only way a customer can understand what is going on is to go thought Active direcotry objects with someone like me. That takes many hours and not productive. Is there any way that I can run some sort of a program and have a diagram of email flow in that organization.

Seems like this would be a constantly changning environment.  Scavenging thru Active Directory wouldn't show you rules or forwarding configured at the local outlook client.

You could use tracking to show who a specific email was delivered to.

You could also LDIFDE the "AlternateRecipient" attribute in AD and provide a list to you user who is forwarding mail.

Is the user trying to determine if somebody is or is not receiving email?

Trivia that may help ... If you mark an email private, theorteically, it is not suppose to be forwarded by rule, and the sender may receive an email that says the email cannot be delivered.
