Why can't I see the coupon field?


I run Joomla 1.1.15 & VM 1.14 & have managed to remove the coupon field that appears on the cart page.

Please take the time to visit this URL, navigate to purchase page, add a product then view cart. Notice the field isn't there.


Can someone please help me  get it back?

It looks like it's not printing at all, i.e., the setting is off in vm.
