Who is Participating?

It was disabled By rim, they said in the"In most of the cases the SRP gets disable if RIM find it to be used by more than one Server or connection" , not clear solution but it was the reason.

you need to check that you have the right plan, check with your carrier if you have "BES" plan, which is Blackberry Enterprise Server. if it won't work, try to wipe the blackberry and then create a new activation code on the Blackberry Enterprise Sever and activate your BB.

Are you running a firewall? If so, you may need to open the SRP port to allow the connection.

sounds like you BES server is not communicating with the RIM network properly.  Your server needs access to the internet for its SRP port.  you may also have a network issue with your BES server's NIC.  Is your BES logged in with a non-domain admin account (BESAdmin)??

which version of BES server do you have - 4.x.x or 5.x.x??

has this ever worked, or recently stopped?  more info please.

Are all the Blackberry services running?  Do you have anything showing in the Event Logs for System/Apps?  Is your server fully up to date with Microsoft patches - what was added recently?  When did it stop working?
