Exchange 2007 SCC Public Folder corrupt

Hi,

I'm facing some issue on Exchange 2007 SCC public folder.
I created Public Folder Database end up with error. I can't mount the database and when ever i launh EMC, i will get pop-up message saying "Public Folder has been corrupted and it is in an inconsistent state, the following vaqlidation errors have occurred: Warning, Public Folder Hierarchy is mandatory."

I tried use ADSI to remove the value but some how there is nothing under CN=Folder Hierarchies" Also i can't bring online my public folder cluster resources as well, it shown failed. Currently i have 39 resources in that cluster group. does it matter..?

pls help.

thanks
