Exchange appointment notification spam

Hello,

I have a SBS 2003 server.
On this server every user has its own account.
Additional we have an extra account mainly for overall calendar purposes.

If someone accepts an appointment every original user receives notification.
All users added in a later stage won’t receive this notification.
I checked Distribution groups, Exchange settings to see what goes wrong but can’t find the setting that forwards these messages to all these users.

Also mail send to this address is going to all these users.
Has anyone an idea how to stop this “Spam”

Thanks in advance!

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

So if User A creates an meeting and invites User C to this meeting and User C accepts...all Users in the company get the response?
What was the purpose of the extra account?
vraagAuthor Commented:
Yes your right.

The extra account is to make a company schedule.
Only the people we had from the start to receive those acceptance messages users created afterwards not, for them it works as it should be.
Cris HannaSr IT Support EngineerCommented:
But people who had accounts created after the system had been up..don't get the messages?   Were all users created using the SBS console wizard?

Besides changes by windwos update, yes
There is a year difference in creating the accounts

In ADUC verify that all users are in the MyBusiness/SBSUsers OU
vraagAuthor Commented:
That is the case.
There must be a policy or distributionlist something that does it.
I checked the logo's from Exchange using the message tracking tool, no clue from there as well...
