Uploading txt file into exchange 2003 Sender Filtering

Hi Experts
I have IMF enabled on SBS 2003 SP2. All working fine. I have a .csv and .txt file of previous domains / email addresses that I would like to add into Sender Filtering so they get all blocked before hitting the users' mailbox. Is there any way I can do this?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
