Looking for an online alternative to Quickbooks

I have been using qb for years but I have a remote assistant now and I would like to move my data to the cloud.  I am looking for an online replacement for qb.  I know qb has an online version but I would have to buy the pro version for like $22 a month to import my existing qb data into it.  I looked at myerp.com but that will not let me do repeating invoices.  The main things I am looking for are:

-Repeating invoices (I do web hosting and would like these to be generated automatically)
-Customizable invoice (would be nice but could live without)
-Ability to email invoices
-Balance bank accounts
-Import my existing data from qb (would be nice but could live without)

Does anyone have any experience with any programs that do that?  I can see paying $10 a month but I really just have one person that accesses the data (I would access it occasionally ).  TIA

Here are two 'cloud' based applications that you can try.

Mint is owned by Quicken.  Both apps are free.

Thanks Stingray but neither of these has invoicing.

You can use remote desktop for someone to use your computer.  There are free versions and per month options - like GoToMyPC or CrossLoop.  Would this be an option?
Free Tool: ZipGrep

ZipGrep is a utility that can list and search zip (.war, .ear, .jar, etc) archives for text patterns, without the need to extract the archive's contents.

One of a set of tools we're offering as a way to say thank you for being a part of the community.

Is this just invoicing or are there other functions.  Sage (Peachtree Accounting and others) and Intuit both offer free online invoicing in the hopes to grow your business their way.

Hey Guys,
I am using dropbox to sync quickbooks but this does not let you have two copies open at the same time.  DoDahd, I am looking for invoicing, check balancing and and recording deposits.  Still haven't been able to find anything suitable.  The closest I have found is www.myerp.com but that won't let you do automatic reoccurring invoices.
You can use a NAS such as one from BuffaloTech with web access to store your qb data file.
Not sure if you would require a multi user license.

Ended up with Clearbooks http://www.clearbooks.co.uk/?a=3102.  Great replacement.
