How to run Windows 7 backup tool as a simple domain user

Hello, Do someone know how to run the Windows Backup tool as a simple domain user ?
I'm trying this operation but the UAC told me administrator rights are needed but it's not convenient and correct to give this right to my company users !
For your information I also tried to give the domain user the "backup operators" privilege but nothing is changed.

Thanks in advance for any help and Best Regards.

You can disable UAC.

But disabling UAC will the user account remain a simple Domain user class member or will the user became able to install softwares and so on, like an administrator ?
Darius GhassemCommented:
If you disable UAC and the user to the backup operators group they should be able to run the backup. They will not be able to install software you must be a Power User.
