why are we getting Source: NtFrs 13508 and 13509 if its nothing to worry about ?

We are getting these errors on 3 servers about each other.
Why would we get these if Microsoft says not to worry about it ?
Its indicative of a replication difficulty - but we have tested and verified the VPN is working full, all traffic transversing, all protocols, ports, all tcp/udp connections uninterrupted,
What is it about NtFrs that would give these notifications if as far as we can see the VPN is working properly ?

Hello Vaidas911 - yes we have - and we've tried several of the comments to no avail.
SYSVOL/NetLogon is good, enabled FRS manually - no help, tried the BurFlags, changed the D2/D4 authoritative values, all clocks are sync'd, done netdiag /fix - no help, and tried the Enable Journal Wrap Automatic Restore regfix - but none of these have helpped.
So we're concerned this is either a non-issue or something we haven't seen before.
Any further scenerio's anyone has come across ?
