I moved users' mailboxes to another Storage Group in a new mail store on a different volume of the same Exchange 2003 server. There were no issues with accessing the mailboxes in their new location with Outlook, except one minor one which was resolved. However, 3 of my Entourage 2008 users cannot connect to the Exchange server. I went ahead and deleted their Exchange account in Entourage and set it back up again. Entourage connects with the Exchange server when setting up the account again and synchronizes all their folders and email (including new emails received while the account was being set up), but it still indicates that it cannot connect when the account is set back up again and when they try to send and receive email. The users' mailboxes all show up in ESM and look fine. Is there something I am missing? This is the first time moving mailboxes for Entourage users, so I have no idea what the issue is. Also, the users can connect to OWA fine, so I know it's an Entourage issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated. The users are running Mac OSX Snow Leopard and using Microsoft Entourage 2008.
