Mounting edb recovered database to new exchange server- MapiExceptionNotFound: Unable to mount database. (hr=0x8004010f, ec=2147221233)

I am trying to mount an exisitng ebd database to a newly installed SBS Windows 2008 with exchange 2007 server.
I verified the current ebd file has been shutdown correctly running the eseutil /mh, and verifying the status; "Clean Shutdown"
Then I compared the current edb data base OU information, to the old one using:
find /i "OU" "Database Name.edb".  I noted  that there was a difference between the 2 files:
new to replace was: /o=First Organization/ou=Exchange Administrative Group
Old to add was /o=Name/ou=Other Group
Following the recommendations from http://www.experts-exchange.com/articles/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Exchange/stores-fail-to-mount-because-of-event-ID-1088.html?sfQueryTermInfo=1+how+legacydn.ex+us
and used the legacyDN.exe application to replace OU information.
I successfully replaced the Organization Name, but when I tried to change the admin group I received an error message" Unable to change the AG Name"
Now when attemtping to mount the edb file, I receive "MapiExceptionNotFound: Unable to mount database. (hr=0x8004010f, ec=2147221233)" error.  What should I do to mount this edb file?
Thank you

Okay can you copy all log files from another folder and try to mount.
Also you check ESE event id?

I tried an move all logs to another folder and mount the edb file.  But still receive the following error message:
Microsoft Exchange Error
--------------------------------------------------------
Failed to mount database 'Mailbox Database'.
Mailbox Database
Failed
Error:
Exchange is unable to mount the database that you specified. Specified database: EXCH\First Storage Group\Mailbox Database; Error code: MapiExceptionNotFound: Unable to mount database. (hr=0x8004010f, ec=-2147221233)
--------------------------------------------------------
No ESE event ID are generated in the applications event viewer.

Note that it looks like the reason for the database not to mount is that the edb's Administrative Group name  (which was imported from the failed server) is different than the mailbox's (which was created through the EMC.
