ICACLS - No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

I have problem with command like this:
icacls c:\folder /grant:r user:F /inheritance:r

It returns error:
No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.

If I run this command at my desktop, it is OK.

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
