How can you script an export from outlook 2003/2007?

How can I script an export from Outlook 2003/2007 so that it would just back everything up to a .pst file on the local HDD so it could be imported manually later? Has anyone done this before?

thanks! I'll have a look at those and get back to you.
So how was it? which did you go with and how easy was it?
I'll have to write my own. I just accepted it because on the surface it looked good, but it's for exporting from Exchange and this is a generic IMAP server.

I thought it would just export from Outlook right on the local computer and not care what the e-mail server was. :(
bummer.

what system? hmail?
Netscape Messaging Server. :) (end-of-life)....big time!
