Forward Caller ID from original call when transferred in Asterisk

How can I configure Asterisk 2.8 to forward the original Caller ID when a phone call is transferred? The calls will be transferred within a single PBX environment (not going back out over the SIP trunk).
Bob at extension 101 recieves a call from 555-555-5555. He wants to transfer that call to Alice at extension 102. Right now as the call is transferred, Alice will see the call as coming from Bob at 101. I would like Alice to see 555-555-5555 as the incoming caller, not Bob.

Thank you in advance for your help.

We found that the end user was transferring the call incorrectly, which was the problem
