Exchange 2007 Minimum Size Limit for Emails

Have an issue with a copier that scans to email  -- it will not send a 1 page scan that has minimal text on it.  Let's say only 1K is the size or it might not even register a size because only 2 words are on the document.  Do you know if Exchange 2007 has a setting somewhere that sets a MINIMUM size limit in order for it to send the email?  Would like it to NOT have a minimum size limit so these scans will email...

How are you delievering the email to Exchange....you will need to setup Exchange to allow email to be sent to it, basically a relay.

There is no minimum size in Exchange.

I need to add I guess that when you scan a 1/2 to full text - 1 page scan or multiple pages the scan is delivered fine via email.  It is only a 1 page scan that is very small in size example 0-5KB
This is not an issues with Exchange, its with whatever device you use to send the scans. Can you update firmware / search manufacturer KB ?

Shaun
Update on this issue.  Canon tech onsite, firmware is up-to-date.  I can reproduce the issue on a second Canon copier at the same location.   This error is occuring scanning as PDF, scanning the same page to TIFF does not produce the error.  TIFF files will be larger than the same page in PDF - so again something to do with the size of the scan.  These copiers use SMTP to send to Exchange, and the Receive connector is set with Authentication = TLS, Permission = Anonymous.    I have to believe that the Receive connector is not the problem, given other scans are delivered.  Issue only started to occur with the migration to Exchange 2007.   We have another client, different models of Canon copiers, but still using the Universal Send, scanning to Exchange 2007, issue does not occur.    Any suggestions?
And how about if you create a receive connectior, externally secured and able to accept anonymous relay - http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/12/28/432013.aspx

Seriously, this is extremely unlikely to have anything to do with minimum  'size'. You can clarify this by trying to send a test email with a single character - does this go through?

Shaun
Maybe some kind of timing issue?   The receive connector was set as the article indicated in Option 2, I ran the command at the Exchange Shell for relay, no change.  Is there a way that I can test using the SMTP connector from my pc with a small pdf attachment.  I know I can test smtp using telnet, but need to attach a file - just to eliminate the copiers themselves from being the issue.
What OS? With XP use Outlook Express / Vista - windows mail or for windows 7 you can either install live essentials I think it's called OR thunderbird or other POP/IMAP email client. This will allow you to specify SMTP outgoing server so you can test.

Shaun
Figured it out.  The Anti-Spam Content Filtering in the Organization Hub Transport was the cause of the problem.  Disabled the Content Filtering and all is well.  Why just the small PDF files were rejected, I do not know.   I used the Exchange Message Tracking and these message were not logged.  Where can I see what messages are rejected by the Anti-Spam Content filtering?  Is there a log I am missing?
Thanks for you help/comments!
