The problem is with Scandest2003.exe. &nbsp; It won't work on either my laptop or server. &nbsp;Laptop is Win xp pro; server is Server 2003. &nbsp; When I try to install Scandest2003.exe, i get the message listed below. &nbsp; <br />

Installation of the drivers has been problematic on both computers.<br />

i DO have MS Office 2003, or whatever the latest one is. &nbsp; I just need to get the scanner to work!<br />
