Trend Micro vs Eset antivirus
I am considering changing my network ativirus. I have 2 Windows 2003 severs, a Windows Storage Server 2003 and 25 clients with XP, Vista and Win 7. I am told Kaspersky is a pain to deploy an sometimes, to use, though it provides good protection.
However, I have heard good things about EsetI'd appreciate it if you guys could comment on how difficult, easy or otherwise it is to deploy Eset of various Windows client and server systems and how technical support for the product is. Please compare with Trend Micro if possible, so I can make a decision between the two. Syamantec antivirus has been a pain to use or upgrade. I have face a number of network interruptions as a result and had to recently roll back an upgrade to end point. I am trying to avoid this in future.

Kindly shed more light on "worry free version"
I just spoke to one of my techs - he has more experience in trend than I do.
He tells me that it means that once it is installed, it manages the network, making sure updates are applied, etc, etc, so you dont have to worry about it

Trend Micro Officescan 10 with SP1 is the best Antivirus. It has following features
1. Antivirus & Antispyware.
2. Web reputation services
3. Damage Cleanup Services.
4. Firewall
You can push trend micro antivirus clients with 4 different methods.
1. Remote Installation
2. From Browser.
3. Client packager.
4. Login script created with trend micro.
While installation it uninstall most of the antivirus. There are two scanning methods used by Trend micro ie. Smart scan and conventional scan. Secure Antivirus files and registry.

btw, kaspersky is also a very good scanner.
Only the system scan is heavier then NOD32 ( and trend )
And the management console is not as good as NOD ( trend has the best management console )
Other than that kaspersky is a good scanner indeed.

Thanks for all your responses.
My experience with trend is that it is very easy to deploy. One of my techs loves it, and agrees that it is easy to use (though I think this is mainly true for the "worry free" version).
I have never used Eset, but I know it is really good at detecting viruses, but I have heard it can be a little fiddly
