WIN2K8 R2 TERMINAL SERVER PERSONALIZATION

I want to configure at the local policy level a predetermined theme for all users. Preventing them from changing it.

Any ideas where that policy is or how to get it done?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

yes - goto run & type gpedit.msc

this will allow you to change the local policy

You will want to change computer configuration > administrative templates

You can also find more option under user configuration > administrative templates

You could also apply the GPO from AD.

I do not know what personal setting your after. What setting are you trying to change? I might know where it is.

It will be somewhere in there & is up to you to find what setting you want to be displayed & how.

user configuration > administrative templates > control panel > personalization

These settings?
