Trend micro scanmail 10 install problem

Problem while installing scanmail 10 on SBS server 2008, problem occurs while trying to logon to target server, "cannot connect to the server Reason: multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one username are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again."
I am the only person logged onto the server with an administrator account.
Any thoughts?

Good Morning,

I also had a problem with installing ScanMail 10 last week.  The resolution was to temporarily start the Remote Registry service.  However, that doesn't sound like your problem.  I'd suggest rebooting the server and then starting the installation.

Hi, I rebooted the server last night after having the problem yesterday, so that's not the solution, sorry for not putting that in my first post.

Are you using RDP/Terminal Services or are you connecting directly at the machine?

Also, is this a new install of ScanMail or are you upgrading from version 8?

It's a new install, and yes using RDP to remote into server.

I would highly recommend going directly to the server if at all possible.

I can only get to the server on Thursday, I will try it from there.
I had the same problem, but after disconnected a few network shared that was mapped up  the installation run fine.
