How can i stop HP Laserjet P4014 saying unable to connect?
We have recently installed a pritner at 1 of our client sites, the printer works fine but if a user sends a very large job it says unable to connect to all printers on machine, the document prints fine but then this means the printer are out of action for around 5 minutes, when you hit refresh they all say connect again, we have tried various things;
Installed new drivers, deleted and readded printers from machine, set print to directly to the printer, rebooted printer various times, we have even rebooted the server the printer was on...
Any other suggestions?
