If I recall correctly, that can result from a permissions issue. &nbsp;I'm not super familiar with Qmail Toaster per se but does it use Qmail-Scanner to tie your spam and AV scanners into the queue?<br />

If so, I think this issue arises if the AV scanner isn't owner by the same user that runs Qmail-Scanner.<br />

Perhaps the anti virus program was recently updated and not set to the correct user?<br />

We have a qmail toaster box that has recently starting bouncing all emails with 4.3.0 delayed and this scattered through the logs:<br />

Qmail Toaster Major problem
