Send mail from RemoteApp

Hi there,
Im using one accounting software on Terminal Server as RemoteApp. This program is using Outlook API to sending invoices by Email  - If you click on the button to send invoice, Classic Outlook 2007 window appears with the Invoice in attachment.

On the account connected to MS Exchange server the message is sent from the accounting software.

When the outlook is configured for SMTP, mail is stored in outbox and it is send while I run outlook.

Do you have any idea how to send the email thru SMTP account immediately as I click the send button in outlook?
Thank you for suggestions!

the only way that will work is if you leave your outlook open on the server all the time and configure send/receive every x minutes.

I used sage and exchequer like that and they can't send emails automatically (they can but only if your mail client is open)

ASKER

Is there any possibility to run outlook in hidden mode? eg. on user logon?
you can run it minimized.
right click on the shortcut - Properties: Run minimized.
then if you want to hide it in the system area right click on your outlook icon and select hide when minimized (see image)

Im using "Pohoda" its our Czech local. It is very good, Im using it myself... Support guy from company that supports this program was helped me... I must use Outlook Express - Windows Mail on Windows Server 2008 to send mails via the SMTP server... And it works! Maybe It will be useful for you that express is sending email immediately instead of storing it in outbox.
Thank you for valuable suggestions!
