MOSS list alerts

I have set some alerts on lists for users under my admin account.  The list was exports as a template and moved to a new site – different server, farm.  Users still get emails.  Under their user/login account there is no alert to delete.  Under my admin account on the new server I don’t see them to delete.  Is this managed globally so I can go in a clear out these alerts?

you can manage alerts at site level as well..
for this take following steps

1. go to site settings page
2. open Site Administration -> User Alerts
3. delete alerts on the library which you have created by using template
