Server 2008 SBS default account lockout

I have just tried to log onto a Server 2008 SBS server after not accessing it for 2 weeks however it keeps saying incorrect username and password however it hasn't been changed.
What is the default lockout period and number of invalid attempts on a server 2008 DC, and will the logon warn me that the account has been locked out?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

your password might have expired and your account is locked now because you tried to log in too many times with wrong credentials. In AD users and computers reset your password and untick the box where it says locked.
