Xen Server With openfiler

I am planning on moving all my physical servers to Xenserver, (currently standalone physical servers), my questions are.
I have 2 HP dl380 G6 server with 24gb of ram and plan to run a 'citrixa' with 'domain' on one and 'citrixb' with 'exchange' on the other, any issues?
I plan to setup my own SR SAN from the old domain and exchange hardware which are  2 HP DL380 G5, one being a SR1 and one being SR2 as backup, running openfiler and HA clustered?
as i am new to Xenserver am i along the right lines before i waste my time persuing?
I also have a HP procurve 2610 48 port to run through

Most sounds spot on.  My only suggestion would be networking.  Have more than one switch, and separate out your network vs. storage traffic.  Storage HAS to be gigabit.  From the specs I see on that switch, it's not gigabit.  Also, you might not want to use a PoE switch.  Wasn't especially clear if that's the case, but the HP site did mention that in the specs.

One other important thing.  With OpenFiler, use NFS for your SR instead of iSCSI, you'll be much happier with the performance on XS 5.5.
