RPC Server Unavailable Exchange 2007

Some of our users are having issues connecting to Outlook anywhere (Server is running SBS 2008). I ran a test on testexchangeconnectivity.com and everything came back ok except for the last test which failed to ping the RPC endpoint 6001 (Exchange Information Store)

It said to check the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Rpc\Rpcproxy for ports 6001, 6002, and 6004, all were listed.

I can also telnet to all ports on the server.

Is there something else I should be checking?

That looks like a fix for RPC endpoint 6004 which is the AutoDiscover correct? That works fine on the connectivity test it's just the endpoint of 6001 (Exchange Information Store)
Ok, i could be wrong, I just ran a test-outlookwebservices from the Exchange shell and got the output below, it looks like it may be something with the autodiscover service.
