How to deply Console Crystal reports Application

I built a console appliction in C# that will using crystal reports batch process and email customers.  The application works fine on my machine of course as i have crystal reports installed there. But on any other machine it does not work, I even tried having al the references of crystal dll's change to "copy local" in the properties in the project so all the dll's are in the same folder.  I am using visual Studio 2005 with Crystal Reports Developer XI with al the latest patches and so forth.  I have searched high and low and probaly confused myself more with infromation on the internet.  Anyone have some simple steps on how i shoudl tackle this?

You need to use the CR XI Runtime msi.

Which release of CR XI do you have?
Open CR XI
Click HELP --> ABOUT CRYSTAL
Release 1 is v11.0.xxxx
Release 2 is v11.5.xxxx

You can download the runtimes from Crystal or they should be own your system or the install CD>

I found an example of how to make a deployment application and add the merge modules for the version of crystal 11.5. I have tried this before to no avail,  but this example was a bit different and worked great.

You information would have given me a solution in time as well.  I looked the info over so it would have helped greatly.  The thing i really liked is that your link actually works and takes you to where you can download for Crystal.  Since being taken over by SAP link after link on the internet does NOT work now as they have changed their support pages.

Actually what they did was fail to redirect all the Crystal/Business Objects links to their pages.  Most of the pages are still there but you can't get at the Crystal/Business Objects server.
