AVG - Resident Shield

Today i got mass amounts of emails from employees who have gotten a pop up windows from a Resident Shield claiming there were files on the system that were fake trojans. Does this Resident Shield come with AVG - (bussiness - network) or is this fake?

Users can only remove a few of the files because they are the same name and typically in the windows directory.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

AVG does have a resident shield.  Does it look like this
Also if you are worried you can check the avg logs and/or pull the ethernet cable while the computer scans/removes.
