I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try the following, I had a similar error doing a test restore and I did the following :

When Restoring from BESR to a new / disimilar hardware :

Restore with Restore Anywhere,
""""Hold down the ctrl key while selecting Restore Anywhere"""""

"""Un-check Invoke Mini Setup"""

The Windows user Administrator is not active or is renamed and Sysprep need the Administrator to complete the mini setup.

As per the article posted by Expert, it is because it is inovoking sysprep which will change the SIDs too, thus spoiling your exchange install, I would recommend to use the "CTRL KEY and Uncheck Invoke Mini Setup" to get pass through.

If it doesn't helps then follow the article
