Local Policy Prohibits interactive logon

My SBS server displays the following message when I try to logon at the server:

"The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively."

I can logon remotely from a workstation on the network as well as from home.  I only recive this message when logging on at the server.

I'm not sure what setting changed.
