Allowing users full access to IIS7

Hello,

I am running IIS 7 on a Windows Server 2008 web server and I need to allow a non-administrator user to be able to access IIS on the localhost.  I want the user to be able to remote desktop into the server and have full control of the IIS manager without having to login as the administrator.

Is this possible?

Thank You

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Obviously, you need to make sure your users know what they are doing.  It only takes one idiot to destroy a server.

Thank you for your help, I might use these unlocking features in the future, but I figured out a much more simple solution to what I was intending to do.  I just wanted another account to be able to use just IIS on the server and give them full permissions.  So I added them to the administrators group and modified the GPO to lock down everything else for that user.

I really appreciate your help with this and you get the points.
