Automatic Update Installs and Group Policy

I have about 15 computers on a domain environment.  Right now all users are getting prompts to install updates or to wait to install updates.  I would like to set up a GPO so that all updates get installed every night and it doesnt prompt the user.  Could someone list out the steps for me to do this exactly on the domain controller?  It's a Windows 2003 R2 domain controller and all the clients are XP.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You might consider setting up a WSUS server to allow you to have more control over the Microsoft Updates on the computers.
