SSRS getting specific value from dataset

I have a table that has a bunch of application parameters in it. I am trying to figure out a way to load up that dataset, and then grab a specific record from it.

For example:

Dataset:
ID       Name
1001   Bob Smith

I would like to pull the "Bob Smith" from the name field and then have it show in a textbox.
