Windows 7 GPO options in a 2003 domain

I am about to deploy 60 Windows 7 workstations...  Current AD servers are 2003, so I'm trying to find all the GPO's for windows 7 for 2003 servers, but can't find anything.   Does anyone know the best way to get teh GPO's imported for windows 7 into a 2003 AD?   I'm looking for the IE 8 options, default file save options.   I can find for 2008 but not 2003, any suggestions would be great.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You should edit the policies from a Windows 7 management station.

You'll need RSAT (Remote Server Administration Tools) for Window 7 to edit GPO from a Windows 7 station
