Windows 7 64 bit

Just got a replacement pc from Dell and have Windows 7 Pro 64 bit preloaded
I am logging on to my windows 2003 R2 Standard DC servers

I get this event id on restart

Description:
Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application. The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure they are related to trusted applications.



I search for this and did not find any thing

any ideas?
