Need to get Action Tec MI424WR form Verizon FiOS Business with Static IP to pass IP to Cisco router

I have a client that has Verizon FiOS service with Static IPs.  The Action Tec MI424WR that Verizon provides is set in router mode.  Called Verizon and they couldn't switch the unit to Bridge mode for me.  What steps do I need to do to accomplish this.  I am not onsite and will have to walk the client through doing it so I need VERY detailed directions.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Was able to just disconnect the ActionTec and plug in my Cisco ASA direct and got the Static's to it.
