I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,
I don't think the Express version support Wireless Activation, i might be wrong.
You can try attach the bb phone to the server usb port and activate it via web admin console (https://<server>/webconsole/login) or if you have installed the Web Desktop Manager you can atached to any local pc usb and login to WDM (https://<server>/webdesktop/login)
