Taking over IT support on a Windows SBS 2008

I am taking over the IT support for a small company and they are using SBS 2008.  I am to come up with a list of important information to request from the old IT support.  I just want to have all my bases covered in regards to some of the more crucial aspects.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Admin Accounts..

Warranty info...

License information.

where is the reinstall media.

Information on the ISP, the carrier, any PPPoE login info, phone number associated with a DSL account.  Login info for the router.  Of course you'll also want info on the workstations - warranty info, info on software licensing, etc.

Also make sure you think about every password that may have been set and make sure you get them all handed over to you.  Things like the directory restore password are often forgotten.  Also Think about silly things like iLO (if it's a HP server) as this will have seperate users and associated passwords.
