550 5.7.1 Sender ID (PRA) Not Permitted

Various senders are getting bounce backs from our Exchange 2007 server with the following error:

550 5.7.1 Sender ID (PRA) Not Permitted

This just started happening and is only affecting a handful of users. Trying to determine what is unique with the users have failed. Not sure what else could be causing the PRA error.

Here is the NDR:

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You have Sender ID checking enabled (anti-spam feature) and the senders are not configured properly and thus your server is rejecting them.
Please have a read of my article and check out their domain names, paying particular attention to the SPF records for the domain:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/articles/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Problems-sending-mail-to-one-or-more-external-domains.html
The problem is at their end, not yours.  Their configuration is bad and you are rejecting the mail due to their poor configuration.
