Hi All - Easy one this - I hope!!<br />

We have a client who is using widows 7 pro to connect to sbs 2003 OWA. They are not able to reply to emails - they have a red cross at the top left of the rpely screen.<br />
<br />
This issue is resolved if protected mode is turned off - but I dont want this.<br />
<br />
I have downloaded the latest S/MIME from the OWA options - with no joy and installed the SBS certificate so connect is secure.<br />
<br />
Does anyone have any ideas please.<br />
