One other way we have accomplished this, also unsupported, is to write triggers in SQL. &nbsp;Essentially, the users can change a setting, but the SQL server will just change it back.<br />

Can anyone confirm if this is definitely not a supported option for the Outlook CRM client? We're simply looking to hide the entire CRM menu to prevent user access.
