Run perl script remotely

Hi,

I have a custom perl script I need to run against my esx 3.5i server, I have installed the RCLI software on a windows machine and I have the perl script on the same windows box. I need the exact command required to execute the script againt the remote esxi server from windows.

Also the perl script generates a text file I need a way to retrieve the text file as well.

Thanks in advance

So if I understand you correctly, you want to run a Perl script from a Windows box on a Linux ESXi host?  Or do you want to run the script on the Virtual Machines on the ESXi host?

The perl script is to be run against the ESXi host... the script is meant to gather hardware and software information about the ESX 3.5i host.
Now on none esxi, dead easy copy the script from windows to esxhost using winscp, fire up putty and run the perl script.
On esxi no console, the RCL only have pre define perl script to do bits... I can use vifs to copy the script to the esxihost but how do i run it remotely..???  I need the exact command
