backup exec doesn't see HP Storageworks 1760

Hi people

I have an Hp Proliant ML370 G6 server. I installed a SAS controller inside it, as we ordered an HP Storageworks 1760 external drive with SAS connection. Anyway, we powered up the server and it picked up the SAS controller no problem. We installed the HP drivers for the Storageworks also, which picked up in device manager. However, when I tried adding it in Symantec Backup Exec 12.5 it wouldn't recognise see it. Apparently Symantec drivers have to be installed, so I did that using the Device Configuration wizard, but when I do that and go into device manager the tape drive has an exclamation mark. Even after a restart it doesn't make a different. Could it be the wrong drivers? Or could something in the Services be preventing the tape drive from being seen?

I've attached snapshots to help. Also, we used to have an old HP backup drive which was removed from Backup exec, however when installing new drivers Symantec still sees it as you will see in the pictures.

I appreciate, I'll try it. However, it doesn't tell me what kind of hotfix it's for? Like what the problem is that it's trying to resolve? Thanks man.
