Count Statistics on Exchange 2003

Hello,

Could you tell me an easy way of find out the following on Exchange/Active Directory:

•      Number of Contacts.
•      Number of Mailboxes with Contacts
•      Number of Calendar Entries
•      Number of Mailboxes with Calendar entries
•      Number of Distribution Groups
•      Number of Distribution group listed member.

Our environment is 4 node Cluster Active/Passive runiing Exchange 2003 SP2.

Is there an utility  or an easy method to find out the above?
