new to visual studio - Alignment of Grid within a panel.

I'm new to visual studio.  I have a grid within a panel.  I'm using the panel so that I can scroll the data.   I cannot get the top of the grid to align to the top of the panel.  Is appears that the little tab at the top left corner of the grid control is prevent this.

How can I align the tops of the two controls?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

At this point, I not interested in the alignment via the HTML. I want to know how to, visually, using the IDE, do the alignment

I have the answer.   I am not displaying the Header of the grid.  Even though it's not displayed, the "empty" space is still there.   The top of my grid was indeed aligned with the top of the panel, but it looked like it was not because of the  "empty" space of the header.    I got around this by specifying a negative value for the top of the grid:

GridView.Attributes.Add("style", "position: relative; left: 0px; top: -20px;")
