Does anyone know of a simple javascript function that will calculate out how many hours and minutes between 2 dates.<br />

The first date is stored in a database but is displayed in a field on a form.<br />
<br />
The second date should be today date.<br />

I have had a look at some scripts but they seem to complicated and I cannot work out how to compare with todays date, only with two entered dates.
