MasterPage shows blank page

Hi, I have a basic master page with a title bar and one content placeholder.
Then I created a new aspx page refering that MasterPage.

When I run the page it is BLANK. Any ideas ???

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You have interchanged the from and the content placeholder ... Remember, The every asp.net controls in the page as to be inside the FORM. Also the content placeholder, as the name suggests, is placeholder for the  content from the pages . So do not put any contents inside  content placeholder. I have attached the revised HTML markup
