CHM Files Blocked After Applying KB896358 - Citrix
We have an application that is published in Citrix. Since applying this KB we are unable to access the CHM file through Citrix or even over the network for this application.

We were given a regfix file which relaxes permissions in ie but hasn't made a difference.

We have suggested just deploying the CHM file to users desktops but the client doesn't want this.

Does anyone have a work around for this?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

oooh .. , you may know, that goes deep into Microsoft's security updates.
