blackberry enterprise express edition is not syncing email or calendar

hi
i have just setup black enterprise express edition on my exchange server i have activated one user device over the server by connecting it now user is assigned to the device everything seems ok from connectivity point of view but the emails are not syncing and calendar are not syncing either
please advice

it talks about email sending i am able to send and receive its just not syncing with my outlook

Are you using outlook in chached mode? that can often cause issues, also deleted items etc need to be left in the deleted items folder for those to sync.

Could you be more specific about what is not syncing correctly or is it just the calander?

nothing is syncing if i delete something in outlook it doesn't delete that email from blackberry device if i put something on the calendar it doesnt show up on blackberry so neither emails nor calendar are synching

Why are you using pop3? I am not sure how that is supposed to work if I am honest. I would have outlook connecting to exchange directly as would most people with exchange servers.
